Yesterday, Chris R. and I assessed what work our greenhouse needs, and made a list of tools needed for the jobs. Today, the Winston Garden Club began work. Chris S., Chris R., Alex, and Dominick participated in starting a major cleanup. The structure has apparently been neglected for years, and there was a lot of trash left behind by previous users. The boys began clipping back the surrounding growth, and organized the contents of the greenhouse. Our next tasks are to finish clearing out the space and to fix the door so that we can attempt to utilize the space this winter. With so many hands helping out, we accomplished a lot in a very short time today.
